Develop Your Idea
For my final website, I want to expand further on the photograhphy section from my first website but go for a different approach aesthetically. I want it to feel like a photobook or a photograhphy exhibition.
Discovery and Research
Lots of photography based websites tend to be pretty simplistic, mostly focusing on the image while maintaining clean and straightforward website design. I want my website to follow this pattern of simplicity seen in websites similar to it while also making it interactive.
Target Your Audience
My target audience will be people who are looking for inspiration, people just wanting to look at a collection of photos, or anyone looking to hire a photographer.
Inspiration and Concepts
Some of the pop culture magazine i-D's article layouts have the simplisitic yet effective design that I'm looking to achieve in this project. In the webpage shown above, I really like the use of whitespace as a way to highlight the photo next to it.
